Emma Solano Penland, born and raised in Costa Rica, attended the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology in Costa Rica.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Emma is always ready to support clients with professionalism, responsiveness, and a positive attitude.
Emma assists with due diligence for property purchases and sales, translations, coordination of client meetings, and support with institutional transactions and requests, including arranging electric meter installation, transferring water concessions, and assisting with bank account openings.
Outside of work, Emma is an active member of the coastal community, and passionate about animal rights. She enjoys surfing, dancing, volleyball, pickleball, and Pilates.
