María Gabriela also has a Masters degree with honors in notary and registry law.
With over fifteen years experience in law, Gabriela is especially knowledgeable and skilled in her specialities listed above and can guide and assist clients with many elements of navigating the legal landscape here in Costa Rica.
María Gabriela was raised in the Southern Zone and is fluent in Spanish and English. She assists clients with all aspects of obtaining residency and social security cards, driver licenses and bank accounts, including accompanying them on visits to government offices.
Gabriela manages the intellectual property processes for Uvita Law Firm, handles registration of commercial and brand names and logos for clients and the last will and testaments for our clients. Gabriela also handles real estate transactions and closings as well as all other notary public services.
She is also an active member of the community donating legal assistance for nonprofits in the area.
Her customer service experience and certification prior to her legal studies have equipped Gabriela with important additional skills for a busy office environment.
